We make jeans by the numbers.
Kei Denim is custom denim, cut to your measurements and shipped from our workshop in about a week. No sample sizes graded up and down. No size that sells out.
Technical,honest, precise.
Our design language isn't decoration. Every grid line, every measurement mark, every sharp corner is functional — because that's how the product is made: by numbers, on purpose. We borrow the visual language of the workshop and the spec sheet, not the boutique.
Flat surfaces. No gloss. The structure does the work, not the styling. When something here looks considered, it's because it was — the same way a good pattern looks plain until you see how exactly it fits.
Technical, not mystical. Honest, not precious.
Made for your body, not a mannequin's.
We start with your measurements, not your nearest size. Give us six numbers, pick your fabric and your cut, and we build the jeans around your choices.
Measurements aren't friction on the way to the product — they are the product. They're what lets us hold fits the rack can't: short and fitted, loose and oversized, a long inseam through a slim thigh, and everything in between.
Each pair is made to order in about a week. If your first pair needs adjusting, we'll dial it in — the first adjustment is on us.
What we build.
A deliberate progression. We earn the fit first, then expand what you can customise.
Jeans.
The core proof — your measurements, your fabric, your fit. Everything else earns its place here first.
Jean Jackets & Shackets.
The casual-tailoring overlap. Same measurement logic, extended into your top half.
Modular Streetwear.
Choose the construction itself — pocket placement, chest pocket or not. The fit system, fully opened up.
Each level is unlocked by getting the one before it right.
It's madefor you.
Six numbers. Your fabric. Your fit. Made to order, so it always fits and never sells out.
