Why is it so hard to buy jeans that actually fit, in the colours you actually want? We work with Bangkok shuttle-loom mills to weave custom selvedge, for anyone willing to take six measurements.

Washed after sewing
Soft from day one, lived-in from the first wear, no break-in. Industrial washing normally needs huge order sizes; we batch-wash jeans in the same fabric together and pass the saving on.
Pre-washed fabric
On selected fabrics and cuts. Washed before cutting, so what we sew is what you get, with no shrinkage surprises. Slightly softer and less crisp than raw.

We make your jeans to the measurements you give us. If they don't match those numbers, we'll make a new pair and credit your return shipping. If your numbers were a little off, send them back and we'll adjust them.

Questions
The fine print, printed large.
Use a soft tape and a pair of pants that already fit you well. The guide walks through all six points in about four minutes, and our validation checks flag any number that looks off before production starts.
Your first pair includes free adjustments. Tell us what's off, ship it back, and we'll alter and return it at no charge.
Production takes about one week from confirmed measurements. Shipping adds 4–7 days, with a tracking number the day your pair leaves the bench.
The denim is woven in Japan; each pair is then cut and sewn to order in our own workshop in Bangkok. Every fabric swatch lists its weight, weave and origin.
